Meredith Cunningham litigates in state and federal court and before arbitration panels.  She was a partner at a litigation boutique focusing on securities arbitration and general litigation for five years before moving in-house to LSU Health Sciences Center in 2014, where she managed all aspects of litigation for the institution.  She joined Koeppel Clark in 2019.

Meredith was recognized by New Orleans CityBusiness as one of New Orleans’s top 50 lawyers, and in 2011 and 2012 was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Benchmark: The Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys®.  Meredith graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1999 after graduating summa cum laude from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in economics.  She is a member of the Krewe of Muses and serves on the board of directors of the New Orleans Musicians’ Assistance Foundation.  She previously served on the board of the directors of The Pro Bono Project, which named her Volunteer of the Year in 2002.
